Looking back into my previous posts I can see that every third or second run was "extremely hard". Well, that's not so true. The truth is the W5R3 was extremely hard. I've almost given up somewhere in the middle. To be more precise, it's happened when Laura said: "10 minutes done, you're in the middle".
I don't know how, but I did it. I run for 20 minutes. Yoohoo!

I am on w4r3 and have seen w5r3. Huge achievement. Well done. Am concerned but looking forward to feeling great when i complete it. You have now inspired me and i know this girl can. Thank you.
Fantastic!! You must feel so happy. It is the most wonderful hurdle to cross in the program and I know that you won't believe me yet but when you get to 40 mins everything falls into place and you feel like you can run forever. No rush though yet you have done the hard bit and enjoy it!! Well done and good luck

Well done! It's a fantastic run to get under your belt. Keep going - you're over halfway through the program already, but give yourself 5 minutes to pat yourself on the back and look back to how far you have come already.
Thank you for posting that - I start week 5 tomorrow and am more than slightly nervous as my last attempt at W5 ended with a calf injury and nearly two weeks of no running- which I really missed and I used to hate running!
I felt the same when I did this one and I can understand where you are coming from. It was hard but somehow week 5 was fun.
Well done!! in fact I just completed my week 5 run 3 today! As you said, I had never thought I'd be able to do it, but I did it! Definitely feeling good... Just like you!
