How exhilarating to already have come so far! I have never run for 20 minutes before in my life without taking at least several walking breaks (I'm 35 yrs old). At first I didn't believe I could do it (even today), but I did believe Laura on the podcast when she said she was sure I could. And sure enough. I did it. ... However, I was going VERY slowly. In fact (see graph above this post) you can't even tell from my endomondo tracking app when I was briskly walking and when I was running. But my heart could tell. So could my calves and my lungs. It was hard but not as hard as I had worried.

I feel GREAT

  • Well done! It doesn't matter how fast, you did it :) such a buzz isn't it. Keep it up!

  • Slow is good! It will get you round safely. You'll be graduated in not time

Enjoy yourself. This is fun! Well done!!!!

  • The great milestone that is W5R3! Fantastic isnt it? I still remember mine 18 months and countless miles later. Never mind how fast you did it, that's pretty irrelevant. You did a great job there!
