How exhilarating to already have come so far! I have never run for 20 minutes before in my life without taking at least several walking breaks (I'm 35 yrs old). At first I didn't believe I could do it (even today), but I did believe Laura on the podcast when she said she was sure I could. And sure enough. I did it. ... However, I was going VERY slowly. In fact (see graph above this post) you can't even tell from my endomondo tracking app when I was briskly walking and when I was running. But my heart could tell. So could my calves and my lungs. It was hard but not as hard as I had worried.
