I did it first run completed. To be honest I didn't find a lot of difference from wk8. Got up to 4.19k so am on target for race for life in Southport in July. I just can't believe I am achieving this. It felt quite sad listening to Laura almost saying goodbye.

Well done! I completed my final run this morning and it is a wonderful feeling. Like you I think It is uncanny how Laura just knew when to say slow down! She kept me going to the bitter end. I am also running a Race for Life in July in Colchester with my daughter. I decided to do C25k to prepare myself for it so I wouldn't be an embarrassment to her and am amazed at the progress I've made. I'm sure you must feel the same! Good luck for the next 2 runs. It's definitely worth it! Shall be thinking about you in July! All the best!
