I was overjoyed when I did W5R1 and completed it but oh dear I'm looking forward to r2 with trepidation today ......... But no I WILL do this and succeed albeit slowly. Any advice before I head out at lunchtime?

if u havent done so far - start thinking about/doing warming up exercises for knees/legs esp now that the runs become longer with no break. i shouldve done so before or/and after W5D3 but i didnt and i hurt my knee.... Pace yourself! Let us know how it was :)

Thank you all....Yeah I have been doing stretches before my runs previously but I know I'm carrying at least 5 stone more than I should but I will take it slow and steady and let everyone know how I got on when I get back to my office........ Probably on a stretcher :)
