Tomtom gps said no :( so I just used the clock on this run, which kinda helped as I was less interested in speed and relaxed more. After struggling with the previous 25 min runs, I ended up running 30 mins without realising, amazing! How has that happened after seven weeks? :)

Don't you just love technology? But well done for continuing and progressing on to the next run.

Great job.

Sometimes you just need to run :) I am in a semi rural area and sometimes struggle with GPS etc. I can run the same route exactly and it differs in length on the GPS and sometimes it just stops !. so running by time is a good way to just enjoy the run. Well done. Nearly there. Good luck :)
