I've just repeated wk4r3 (so I've now done w4r4!). I've had a mixed week really. Stomach ache that comes on during the last run, then goes 10 minutes after I've finished (fear, pushing myself too hard, running too fast maybe). I'm having 2 days break then onto w5r1 on Saturday. I've had a listen and it doesn't sound too bad!! x

Having an extra run is a good idea, so well done you for doing that and for paying attention to your body. Fingers crossed that week 5 will be a doodle for you

Onwards and forwards is the way to go. You're doing really well.
Thanks Irishprincess. I will keep moving forwards, it might take me a little longer than some, but I'll get there! I just take it 1 run at a time and will repeat runs if I feel I need to. I'm generally quite fit, but I haven't run since school (over 20 years ago, lol!!). So it's something very new for my body! I'm enjoying the journey, wherever it takes me!
