Well I've done it completed all 3 runs of week 8, & I hated this run, I definitely prefer running after work, than in the morning after a nice lie in. Why is it? I thought I would be all refreshed & raring to go, really struggled, but didn't stop & my pace was slow & felt sick after. Whereas my 1st run of week 8, I was high 5ing my family, but not today a different story, let's hope Tuesday is better when I start week 9 !!

Well done for pushing through the pain, I'm the same, struggle on days off but fine after work! I put it down to being looser after walking around a garden centre for eight hours! Keep going your doing well!

I am the same with weekend runs being tough and weekdays even after a tiring day at work far far easier. Why is that!?
I think perhaps it's a hydration thing. Since we've been asleep and not drank anything for 8 hours (+ sometimes).
I'm not sure- but you're not alone.

Do't fret about good runs and bad runs because we have ALL gone through that. I have the occasional "bad" one but I now ignore them and feel thankful that at least I went outside!! You are doing really well and am but a knats chuff away from graduating! HOORAY!
Well, you completed the run so that's very good. You can forget W8R3 now and move on. Hope W9 goes well and this time next week we are congratulating you on your graduation. Fingers crossed for you.
