Just completed my 2nd run and although I hadn't planned the route so ran partly on grass, I'm very proud of myself. Looking forward to Day 3. I've just signed up for colour run in Coventry on 21 June to motivate me !

Entering a race is a good idea as it will encourage you to keep going as you have a target in sight.
