Just completed my 2nd run and although I hadn't planned the route so ran partly on grass, I'm very proud of myself. Looking forward to Day 3. I've just signed up for colour run in Coventry on 21 June to motivate me ! :-D

Well done Karen. Enjoy your next run. Go steadily. Slow is just fine and will get you round in one piece and with puff to spare

Entering a race is a good idea as it will encourage you to keep going as you have a target in sight.

Well done Karen, sounds as though you've started well & even signed up for a race already😊 go girl! Listen to Laura, do exactly what she says; with a slow,steady pace .... Most of all,enjoy it! You'll get lots of support from this lovely forum too :-)
