....finally completed and did my last run of the programme. (Week15 I think!) Chucking it down with rain but warm enough to run without a jacket (which I wouldn't have done at the start because my bum would have been on show, but now a) it's smaller, and b) I don't care!!
I. Am. A. Runner!!! Took longer than it could have done but who cares. Very happy and have celebrated with a bacon and halloumi sandwich and a massive cup of tea

Woo-hoo, congrats AllieG. It's an amazing feeling isn't it? And I'm with you on the bum thing - tho I'm in the 'don't care' camp at the moment! Hope you keep it up. I realise I've been running for five months now. I can't believe it.
Congratulations AllieG, we've graduated on the same day. Good luck going forward, and taking things at your own pace, and not caring what anyone thinks
Thanks all... Next stop, Park Run! Still have to be gentle with my shins but I'm getting there. Very happy, and thanks for all the support, this Forum is brill, I probably would have given up without it! xxxxxxxx
