My deer friends and my forum friends !

Thanks again everyone for giving me a boot up the you know what! I had a lovely sunny, cold, run this morning and just did what my body told me, no plan just ran.....it was quite good, 2.5k in 15 minutes followed by a lovely walk thru the deer park and then a sprint up the last hill! Also met Canadian geese and swans which both scare me, but not the deers they are my friends. Thanks again everyone hopefully I have my mojo back!
