Well another run under my belt w7r2. Was a lovely sunny morning.. so thought I would go out a layer lighter..So just a vest top and light jacket..yeah summer is on its way
Ran pretty much went the same as w7r1.. 5 minutes to get into it..enjoy the next ten minutes..keeping pace steady as knowing the hardest part in front of me yet.. but my map my run had packed up on me before my first km..So that was annoying me a bit.. but had to put that out of my mind now.. (it's only stats) but gutted really..
Laura tells me half way..and I'm slightly further than Mondays run..So I slowed a little again to make sure I had enough left to finish..... another ten mins of hard work.. burning calves but maybe not as bad as Monday..So when laura let me know... ( eventually) one minute.. I actually managed a sprint ( of sorts) to finish! So there we go.. WEEK 7. Can't say how happy I feel now I'm home and showered.. I'm heading sure and steady towards graduation with confidence. ps thanks secan..took onboard your advice about my lifting knees and moving from hip..it seemed to help x

Well done! The hardest bit is done and you're heading for the finish line. Go steady at this point. No dramas! We want you to finish this in fine fettle! Exciting times for sure!
It is annoying when you don't get to analyse the stats even though I know it's not supposed to be important at this stage. It's a nice feeling that spring is finally bringing us better weather and we can enjoy getting out there even more. You have not far left to go now, must be exciting!
