Glad I went back for my gloves 'tho. Cursed that wind on the way out, but it pushed me home to another PB - 34 something. Almost, although I'm not going to admit it yet, but almost, began to feel a bit easier today in parts. I like this 'cycle' motion with the feet that Laura talks about - feels good and so much better. I start off like a waddling penguin (old_git springs to mind - no, not you, your logo!) but finish more like a proper runner. Bril.

Brilliant, Buffy, you're on a roll! I've been trying that cycle motion too, but my husband saw me running for the first time the other day and said I have more of a low shuffle. Yes, thanks a lot!! Not quite what I was aiming for!

i cant remember Laura talking about a 'cycle' motion am i missing something here??
the Stamina one - I have listened to it twice and missed her saying it the first time. Its only these last few runs that I've felt able to think about my technique - up 'til now its all been about just getting to the end. I even enjoy doing a mini sprint at the end now.

Well done Buffy! It was very windy out there today - like one of those swimming machines where you swim and swim and get absolutely nowhere!
Never seems quite as strong at your back though 😃
