Runniversary 10k

I nearly didn’t do this run, but I did a one-lap recce of the (2 lap) course last weekend and thought I’d be ok. Two days ago it had been a year since I started C25k and although I was slow I wasn’t as slow as I’d expected and I’m grateful that I can do this at all. I am overweight and I can’t really run uphill very well but I can still run. Stick with it, have faith in yourself and most importantly enjoy it.
