I completed c25k last year but managed to injury my Achilles tendons so 'rested' for a few weeks which turned into a few months. Now I'm starting again in the hope that I keep it up without injury.

Good luck! I'm partly on the couch with a poorly achilles. Not allowed to run until I've had an ultrasound scan on it and still waiting for that appointment to arrive in the post, so it's lots of other cardio work and nothing more than a brisk walk at the gym for me for the time being.
