so I've got my 5k mapped out (I've been round it a few times on my bike, wishing it was as easy jogging as it is cycling lol) finished week 2 and looking forward to starting week 3

Good luck with week 3. I managed to get most Running segments in steep up hill sections which added to the challenge (not to mention my heart rate). keep it up!

Gosh that sounds very hard going, I think I will keep the steep hills for my bike and the small gradients for my jogs considering I'm a complete novice at all this I'd end up taking a year to jog up a hill 😱 with all the rest stops I'd need 😁
