W2R2: feeling better after the run than before

Heh, I made it, though it was difficult to start. I felt very sleepy today in the evening. So sleepy that I even thought to postpone my run. But when I started running, I've begun to feel much better. Even much better than during W2R1 two days ago. And now - after the run - I feel great: both physically and mentally!

What's even more cheering is my legs feel much better than during week 1!

Ha ha! It's like magic isn't it. So energising! Keep up the good work.


The boost to my mood was the biggest and best surprise of running and is one of the reasons that so many of us get hooked extremely quickly.
