W2R2: feeling better after the run than before

Heh, I made it, though it was difficult to start. I felt very sleepy today in the evening. So sleepy that I even thought to postpone my run. But when I started running, I've begun to feel much better. Even much better than during W2R1 two days ago. And now - after the run - I feel great: both physically and mentally!

What's even more cheering is my legs feel much better than during week 1!

  • The boost to my mood was the biggest and best surprise of running and is one of the reasons that so many of us get hooked extremely quickly.
