Busy morning with a visit to the dentist and food shopping, it didn't seem that I was going to fit a run in before work this afternoon. This was the week I wanted to get back into a routine after a stop start few weeks. Definitely no time for 5k but I decided any running would be better than no running so I squeezed in 20 mins. No idea of distance or pace as in my haste I didn't fire up the technology but I got out and was back before it started to rain. So although I do aim for 5k each run (lest I forget how to do it!) I have decided just to do something when time is short.

Any run better than none

Definitely better a shorter run than no run at all! Well done for managing to fit it in

Definitely better to try something that nothing. I think we're all trying to get back into some kind of routine at the moment - it's not easy though, is it!!!!

Excellent attitude. I need to think like that. I can't get out of the 5k or nothing mode! I definitely need to adopt the slow steady enjoyable non timed runs more

I love my 20 minute route. Short and sweet, and great to practice running faster occasionally. Variety is the spice of running.

I think that is an excellent idea. It's difficult sometimes to find the time to run for 30 minutes, so a 20 minute run still counts! Well done! πππ»ππ»ππΌββοΈππ»ππΌββοΈππ»

A short run tucked into the day can be one of life's pleasures! There is nothing magic about 5k.

Love it! That's a great way to look it.
