Just noticed the elevation gain. You are allowed to go downhill too. Be nice to yourself when you start this plan!

Yes I know. It wasn’t 1 elevation it was small gradual elevations (hardly noticeable in the longrun)

Congratulations!! Great run- that is a big elevation! I still avoid hills- if I see one I run the other direction! 😂
