Well I got myself up early after my night shift so I could do my first run of week 3 today. And I can't quite believe it but I did it π I took all your advice and slowed it right down to what I quite call snail pace. But I didn't stop before Laura told me to, which to me is what counts. So so happy I went with it, thank you all for your support and advice. Can't wait for Friday βΊ
W3R1 Woop Woop πππ: Well I got myself up... - Couch to 5K

You're so right, running until Laura stays stop is exactly what the programme is all about. Well done, it's a great feeling isn't it?
Well done. Laura knows what you can do even when you don't :). Slow is the key. Apparently speed comes later
Well done you π
Yeeeeeeessssssss! Punches air. Slowing things down is the way to get things done. Leaves you with room to breathe
Great stuff. Now have a rest and plan the next session. Enjoy it! This is fun
Oh my goodness, just finished my first run of Week Three and I was lumbering along. Absolutely lumbering! So I am glad to hear that others are not skipping along like a gazelle, but also feel they are going slowly! Thank you for your post!
Well done!!! You've surpassed me now as I've been in the US for the past week so I'm starting Week 2 again. It doesn't matter how slowly you do it, it matters that you do it! Are you doing W3R2 today?
Hi Grubby, yes I did W2R2 today βΊ gonna post about it in a minute. It felt good though βΊ. You could always try W3R1 and see how you go. You never know π
