So pleased after eight weeks off with a slipped disc and fractured sacrum i can start gentle training again - bit miffed as I was on week 6 but hay ho back to w1r1 in the gym and I can't wait

Well at the very beginning of a 7 week stint in plaster I broke my ankle on Saturday I can only wish you well on getting back out there. Doesnt matter starting again you got there once and you will again as will I when my stint is over.

Well I did it 8KM on the flat all was fine ....but will it be in the morning - great to be back could have run forever but no I was good only eight bursts of one minute looking forward to wednesday now :)
