Iβve never posted since joining this great site but took delight in reading everyone elseβs posts on their personal running journey.
My journey on C25k ended yesterday evening when I graduated as the sun was setting. I hadnβt run for many years when I decided to sign up. I had no confidence to get out and run but once I got through the first few weeks which wasnβt easy by any means I found I was excited to get out there and have some me time!!
So what next, I ran 4.8km in 30 minutes last night so Iβm hoping over the next few weeks of doing consolidation runs I may be able to get to 5k. Bridge to 10k looks promising and Iβm not about to give up running now Iβve just found it again. Any advice and tips would be great.
Have a great day everyone πββοΈ
