I was meant to complete the C25K today but I think I ran too fast on Tuesday and have hurt my leg and ankle π₯ I'm so disappointed. I was so looking forward to saying that I competed the challenge

Aw Dawn , big hug, I know exactly what youre going through as I had to put my Graduation Run off as I had exactly the same thing !
Coupla days rest, Ice it , Ibuprofen Gel or tabs . Its just a temporary setback.
Keep your chin up, this too shall pass xxx
Thank you, so disappointed to have to postpone but I'll be patient and wait til it heals.
I know , its really frustrating but best having a coupla days rest now rather than running with it and maybe making it worse.
Its probably just one of those niggly injuries that get better with a coupla days off.
We will all be cheering you over the finishing line when you graduate !

Oh, you must be devastated - I know I was desperate to finish on my target date and so anxious not to injure myself - but you know you're not alone and as everyone has said, better a few days late than risk more injury. Well done on getting so far - you know you can run for 30 mins already, its just that final tick isn't it. We'll all be looking out for that graduation post.
