Well done for trying again, if I was you I'd have 2 or 3 rest days and try again. Our bodies are still adjusting to all this new running :) I know it must be frustrating but just look at how far you've come in just a few weeks. Lots of things contribute to a good run - sleep, how you're feeling, what you've done that day etc...mind out matter you can and you will do it :)

Sometimes we just have a bad run - maybe you are coming down with a bug or something? Or maybe it's not that you physically couldn't continue, but mentally have a bit of a block?

Rest up and give it a go in a couple of days - you can do this. Try setting off really slowly - then slow down some more.

Good luck.

I'm sure it's more a mental than physical block. Don't fret about it. Next time think to yourself that you know you can do 22 mins, so maybe 23 is possible. If you need to stop then, fine, stop. You now know that you can do 23 mins! Next time...24?

You may well find that taking the stress off does the trick. Sometimes that extra 2 or 3 minutes can seem like a lifetime (believe me, I know of what I speak...I'm trying to regain fitness at the moment).

Yes, you will graduate, just take your time and relaaaaaaaaxxxx..... ;-)

definitely think it is time to take some extra rest days , time to regroup and then go out again , as has been said many reasons for an off day , don't be to hard on yourself :)

This is as much a mental challenge as it is physical , having got to this point ,physically you can do it that is how the program works builds you up week on week ready for the next week ...

It also isn't a race with no pressure to complete it in 9 weeks or even 9 months other than the pressure we put on ourselves to go out and do it ..

trust in your ability to do the run and even if the next run is 22mins plus the next lamp post it is still an improvement :D :D

keep going , you have done so well so far , you can do it !!

You've got through week 6, so it's just a temporary blip. Try running a bit slower to make the time, you are so close!!
