Surprised Myself

Having hurt my leg rushing to get into a lift, I took the running part of week 1 day 3 more slowly than the first two days and found it much easier to breath! I think I had been trying to run too quickly. So week 2 day 1 went better than expected yesterday. I am looking forward to tomorrow!

Hehe It was about w3 or w4 before I realised I had to slow down. You are doing great. Keep it up.

Slow, slow and then slower is the way to get through the runs. You're doing great.

Lots of us has run much too quickly at the beginning and found it really hard to breathe. Glad you have realised that its SO much easier if you just go VERY slowly. It also helps to prevent injury to if you build up gradually. Well done on completing W1 and enjoy W2 !

We keep telling folks to slow down

You know now though so stay slow and steady. Enjoy yourself!
