TRT - Treadmill Run Today

I am slowly making my way off the injury couch. Managed to do 5k on the treadmill. Started at 6mph for first mile, 6.2mph for the second, 6.5mph for the third and 7mph for the last 0.3mile. Ankle and calf not smarting so much. Feeling relieved.
