Ah, well, twas only while I was stuck in because of the snow and icy pavements. Im very impressed with the fact that my Garmin picked up a sattelite and trackd me indoors. Oh, the dog is cute!
Fine art indeed. My Strava is full of these, more than half of my runs are on the treadmill while doing my best impression of being โpresentโ on conference calls ๐... my 45 minute (exercise) bike ride that covered 0 Miles is also a classic โน๏ธ
You even managed to run through the walls a couple of times - amazing. I do know a few other people who, for whatever reason set up a running course in their own house.
But who am I to talk, I used to (and will again) use a Wii and a Training Game for the Wii, which had sections which made you virtually do long runs by running on the spot in front of the TV. Had to put a mat down as I would have worn out the carpet.
There are some excellent training/fitness games for the Wii in fact. I feel a New Years Resolution coming on! Used to play Tennis on the Wii too - great workout!
Ah, yes, running through walls. Just exercising my super powers
There was a post yesterday with someone asking if it was possible to do the entire c25k in their house as it was -30 outside. They might find you wii running advice helpful.
Hiya Iโve got a treadmill and although I love to run outside sometimes itโs not possible. Itโll be treadmill next week for me as my little one is going in hospital for his tonsils removed so weโll be cooped up all week but at least Iโll still be running ๐โโ๏ธ happy treadmilling x
