After having had 6 days off with a stomach bug and a cold, I decided it'd been left long enough, so off I went, plenty of tissues in my pockets and flippin heck it was hard work, legs felt great, nose burning like mad, fought off a stitch and a desire to throw up at one point, but I KEPT GOING and completed it. Great mental hurdle crossed, I can keep pushing through even when it's not comfortable!

Well done. It's hard coming back after sickness. Hope you took it nice and slowly!

Well done especially as you're not 100% better. Have a good rest and enjoy your victory!

Well done you! I've had a cold too, it didn't feel too bd until I tried to go for a run, then I really felt quite grim. Bit of a sneaky bu**er this cold if you ask me! Hope you feel better soon x
