So, for the last 7 weeks I have been spending a lot of time 'with' Laura - out running. I have spent about the same amount of time trying to work out what she's looks like... today I was looking at the NHS site and found nhs.uk/Livewell/c25k/Pages/... (sounds exactly like her and the same name) Now I know I am probably late to the party here, but it is great to put a face to the voice.
