today I ran for 25 minutes nonstop and belive me the run was really enjoyable. I was much more confident , Much more stable at the pace didn't huffed and puffed like I did in previous run
I guess that's because the body and mind both are getting aligned to running
Very shortly I will be running for 5 km in 30 min

Hi- well done Viraniparvez. I am just about to do week 7 run one, and having a similar experience about gradually getting stronger and more confident. I thought that starting running would be harder at my age (56) so its a surprise that I can do this and also really enjoy it. I don't have the app and am interested to see the distance, time and especially the calories burned!
