Hurray

Hey hi everyone and and a verrrrrry Good morning

So the good news that's coming is

" I completed my week 6 with run 3 "

And Laura declared me

"An official runner " -oh yes

Well I was really upset with Run 2 for huffing and puffing and there after taking your suggestions I went but slower then normal pace I normally run for with some research on how to breath and what to drink or eat before run. All these proved success,

When I started running I didn't trusted my self but still went on, shortly I wanted to stop but I just told to my self that - "if I have done till now I can do this also " and it got proved as soon as I completed 5 mins I was in phase three and body started moving and I started enjoying the run

I was expecting that Laura will shortly say that 10 mins completed but another pleasant surprise came- she said 12.5 mins completed that gave me another boost that I am so soon half way down and then the pace the previous training and the determination all worked.

Even after completing the 25 mins I was feeling that I can go for other 5 mins but I rather prefer to stick to the plan

Ohh what a run

Enjoyed it a lot

Thanks to every one here and the NHS to give such a beautiful podcasts

Keep going

Keep running

Week 7 - here I come !!!!

Apart from the graduation run this was my next favourite. Let us know how you get on with the next few weeks. Looking forward to seeing you graduate :)

I'm glad you got such satisfaction from your run, plus officially being a runner. Hopefully you will now be full of confidence to finish the programme. Happy running !

That's really nice to hear that you have completed week 5 - that's really a milestone when you run for 20 mins for first time. Axing and surprising yourself.

I assure you that week six is much more enjoyable then last run as today I just did my first run of week 7

All the best and thanks for posting .
