One month down, one to go!!

My pesky torn ankle ligaments are still really sore! Still swollen and bruised :( and it's really hard not to overdo it ... Essentially I am limited to hobbling outside for 5 minutes twice a day, alongside basic domestic duties!

BUT I am doing better than I was, the days are getting longer, I am being well looked after and if I'm sensible I'll be able to start running again in a month ;)

Oh Follie, I feel so sorry for you, but, as you say, hopefully you are half way through your resting up time. Wishing you all the best and a speedy speedy recovery. x :-)
