To day I started Week 5, which I was a bit apprehensive about. The last run of Week 4 was my worst to date, I had to stop a few times because of stitch, so was worried about moving on. Today I had no stitch and managed all three 5 minutes runs with (relative) ease! Very pleased with myself. Although my right ankle did begin to hurt afterwards...

thats great and well done, I think laura gives you some tips about stitches. I find slowing down helps and also I am sure I sure she says about breathing - I forget what exactly she says but I know it works. Maybe someone more helpful can remember what she says. Hope the ankle is ok?
