Firstly actually can't believe i can run for 25 minutes. I love this plan. I weigh 100kg and can run with some ease for 25 mins!!!

I know speed is not important at the moment but i am clearing 3.5km.

Thats 5 min warm up walk and the 25 min run.

Is this ok? Am i on track?

If you are completing each run then you are on track

Worry not about pace, time or distance. It's irrelevant while you're on the programme. All you need to focus on is finishing each run, having a rest day and then lining up the next run; the one immediately in front of you. Clear your mind of everything else that might fog the issue. You can worry about all the extraneous stuff once you graduate and want to take your running on

For now though simply keep running slowly and steadily. Good luck with the rest of the programme. Keep smiling and enjoying those runs. Great stuff!

You're welcome.

Well done! You're so close now!

I agree that the stats aren't important just now, but I like to have a rough idea too :-) I was covering exactly the same distance in the time as you are now. It might mean you won't be doing 5k in 30 minutes, but who cares?! You can always improve on that IF you want to after you've graduated. On the other hand, you might decide that you want to focus on running for longer or simply enjoy being able to run nonstop for 30 mins :-D

Whatever you choose, just keep going :-)

Snap! Forget distance, focus on how long you're running for. Well done :)
