Hello Hayati

I am not in London, but if you use Facebook there is a C25K page that might offer more possibilities of local contacts.

I would suggest that in the meantime you download the podcasts and take Laura (the podcast coach) out with you for your first run.

Once you start you will find like minded people around.

Good luck.

I would suggest that you are better off doing C25k by yourself. It is about taking control of your health and developing your will power. If you run with someone else then one of you will have to run slower than the other and so will not develop as quickly as would be possible by yourself. Also if your buddy is not available or gives up then you will have to make the decision to continue by yourself or not run at all. On your own you will be able to run to the maximum of your ability and also develop the habit of regular exercise, without being in any way dependant on another person.

What ever you do, welcome to the forum and good luck. C25k really works.
