That was tough, it took me 6 runs to feel confident enough to call it "Complete" .. but its done and i feel OK. Instead of willing, begging Laura to say stop running, I am now thinking, come on Laura, I need to get running again !! Looking forward to week 3 ...
Week 2 ....DONE : -)): That was tough, it took... - Couch to 5K
Week 2 ....DONE : -))
Great news. Slow and steady is the Moto. Good luck and happy running with week 3.
Well done! It's always a good feeling to get to the end of a week and ready for the next one. Happy running
I really laughed when I read your comment about begging Laura to say stop running! I remember when I was struggling to complete an early five-minute run, and I called her all the names under the sun for torturing me, then blessed her for saying I could stop! Poor girl, and she does such a good job!
I hope you remain motivated, and go through to graduation. You know it's worth it, and in the lovely girl's own words, "You're doing GREAT!"
well done! I would mutter all sorts of things to Laura whilst dragging myself along, then a relieved and breathless, 'Thank you!' when we'd finished. Keep up the good work
Thank you all so much for your encouragement and kind words .. This is a big deal for me, i know its only running for 30 / 40 mins but after 6 years of PMR and the damage caused by steroids to reduce inflammation, I really want to achieve this. I looked at the week 3 program and thought, 3 mins running .. are you mad no doubt i will once again be begging Laura to say STOP ..... will keep you posted. Cheers GForce
