Read some posts it was 9 o'clock and it motivated me to hit the treadmill. Work has been mad busy but how lovely just to pound away varying my speed . 10:41, 9:07, 10:06 for the 3 mile splits and top speed of 7.5mph. Feel fab now. Happy running all

I know I love it

Wow, how great just be able to decide to just do it whenever you like! I totally regret selling my treadmill when I was in lazy mode in 2010. A crystal ball would have been handy then!!

Did you sell your crystal ball in 2009?

I would like a treadmill but don't really have the space and the good treadmills are really expensive

I got mine for £1495 which seemed a lot at the time but then again I don't have a Gym membership and the parts are guaranteed for 7 -10 years

Definitely. I have a life fitness treadmill T3 that is fantastic. Especially once I got a no slip mat underneath of it to stop it moving round the wooden floor ;-)
