Treadmill versus road

As away from home this week I did my run on the treadmill today. Think I prefer the road! It was so hot in the gym that the sweat was dripping off my head! Had trouble getting speed right as it seemed different to road speed according to Strava. Merry Christmas all.

You will find that the benefits of running outdoors has so many more added benefits, but it’s good to have a back up plan!!

Maybe just because you're used to running outdoors. But I'm with you on the sweating , I sweat outdoors like I did today God knows what I'd look like in the gym. But you had a go 🎅🎅🎅

I actually cant imagine enjoying running on a treadmill. But, once the snow hits, I'm sure it will feel like a much more tempting idea!

Good effort in that heat. Cant have been easy!

I love outdoor running. The treadmill seems endless. A friends top tip for me was to put my towel over the timer countdown.

It's strange but I can zone out went running in the open air for ages but treadmill....all I think of is the time

A huge box fan blowing on HIGH, favorite tunes converging in the center of my head thanks to a good pair of earbuds and a vivid imagination of puffy white clouds under my feet helps to pass the time on a DREADMILL.
