Incline walking on treadmill

Will it be ok to do incline walking on the tread mill on some of my rest days ? I enjoy doing this at the gym , but haven't since I started running but wondered if I could include it as part of my cross training , I do it at 5.5 speed , get to 15 on the incline , knock it down to 10 and walk at that for 30 min thank you for any advice .

  • sorry random but 5.5 mph or kmph?? Also i don't see this being a problem really should be fine as long as you don't feel achy or anything =D

  • I don't know lol , it just says 5.5 on display ,

  • Ha hope its not Mph as that would be the speed I jog lol =D
