A 40 minute run is great Rob. Just remember the 10% rule of not increasing total weekly distance or time by more than 10% each week. We don't want you on the injury couch!
I am pretty much the same sort of times in 2:1. I just feel so much better with it. I am in my third week now and I haven't looked back. You know when something just fits. Saying that on the bench today as I have a sore throat. Get one thing right ........

It is very strange when you have a run/walk session and the time is the same or better than a run only!! I would like to think I walk really really fast !!
