Silly me, had an early start presentation this morning, so I decided to travel to work via cycle and then come home to do my run midmorning. I did it, but found it hard.

I guess I won't be doing any cycling prior to running again- I am not training for a triathlon yet...

Friday wk6#2. Hoping to be a Christmas graduate and got a Christmas day run planned with my son.

It gets you like that though doesn't it. You do the 20 min run and you think anything is possible. I might try that mince that Mo Farrah eats on the telly.

Or rather I would do if it wasn't sh**e.

bottom line you did the run :D hard or not so hard , a run is a run always going to be good and bad days :) keep at it and that christmas graduation will soon be here :D
