I can't believe I'm on to week 7 now having just finished r3 of week6 and feeling incredible! I have it a bit more for the last minute and honestly felt like I could have gone on. I've got to here by sheer determination to stick at something! And also, after completing week 1, I bought myself a proper running top. (Started with just proper trainers) after week2 I bought myself a pouch for my iPhone to wear on my arm and gel insoles. Week 3 was running bottoms, week 5 was a monumental achievement for me so I got myself a fit bit flex that I've wanted for ages! All of these little things have been for achieving the small goals and for motivation to complete the following week as every little things made myself more comfortable and less self conscious. So happy!
