Week6 r3 complete!!

I can't believe I'm on to week 7 now having just finished r3 of week6 and feeling incredible! I have it a bit more for the last minute and honestly felt like I could have gone on. I've got to here by sheer determination to stick at something! And also, after completing week 1, I bought myself a proper running top. (Started with just proper trainers) after week2 I bought myself a pouch for my iPhone to wear on my arm and gel insoles. Week 3 was running bottoms, week 5 was a monumental achievement for me so I got myself a fit bit flex that I've wanted for ages! All of these little things have been for achieving the small goals and for motivation to complete the following week as every little things made myself more comfortable and less self conscious. So happy! :-)

Congratulations on becoming a "runner". It's nice to get the rewards too. I did the same, shoes ; tops; jackets etc. It's a great journey. I hope you enjoy the rest of the program. I almost wish I could go back and do it again.

What are you going to buy yourself on graduation? Start thinking now! Really well done.

Are you going to take on the race horses soon? That's a brilliant time! Congrats on your progress, you need a running jacket, buff, and backpack to put them all in next!

I do hope to take on a race soon! If I run every other day I graduate on 13th dec but there's a 5k Edinburgh Santa run on 9th dec I'm so tempted! Especially as there's a certificate goody bag and medal for every runner and I would LOVE to achieve that! No idea what I'll get myself for graduation lol any ideas? Thanks for the support guys really helps as always! And sorry for the late reply I have just finished nightshift :)
