After a week of no running, I’ve only gone and finished the 25mins of running 😁

I’m so happy as my run2 was not very good and today I was feeling a bit ill with IBS πŸ₯΄ and no lunch!

I went out slower than normal to make sure I completed it and I did. Slight jelly legs later but with rest, I’m Looking forward to the next run πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Fantastic !! Very well done. I've just done it today too. Hard but completely delighted that we've achieved this milestone run. And after a weeks break from running, you are particularly impressive. Bring on Week Seven !

Blimey, nine miles already - you must get up even earlier than me. And today is supposed to be your rest day. Well done - We are doing great. I might walk round wearing a slightly smug face today haha πŸ˜ƒ

Oops got that wrong! I meant Tuesday for the run and yesterday for the 9 miles around London!

Think I'm still in sleep mode...

Fantastic. I’m a week behind you so you can be my inspiration πŸ˜ƒ

Well done your a star. My wk6. 3 tomorrow. Groin ibs issue today. Hope not a problem tomorrow. Sunbathing yesterday in uk Feb. Got to be a first.

It's catching,!

After an afoul day yesterday with groin ache and ibs broken nights sleep

Iv just done wk6.run3

Smashed it Spotify stopped Laura so I listened to the music and checked my watch and actually did 31 minutes

Would have been happy if I'd done 15 after a rough week

Really encouraged now for wk 7

My wife is seriously impressed I couldn't run for 3 minutes before Christmas

At 64 I thought I will never be running again after 35 years of only running for the bus. And missing it!

Look forward to sharing our wk 7,8,and 9

Keep on shining !
