hello all im now on 3rd week of marathon training wk1 and 2 was all little 5.5 runs first week at 10.30 min mile pace for me that was torture i found that very hard having to look at my garmin to check speed , last week i at last go a bit faster 8.30 .my s.l.r has increased to 8.5 mile s which was a joy at a steady pace but in the next couple of weeks this will start hitting 11 with some speed sessions in the week its going to be a long road to manchester im 8 runs into 82 thats why ive booked some races to break it all up well thats the story im sticking to wont hurt to pick up some bling along the way next race for me is regents park 10k on the 14th then were off to buntingford 10 mile road race just a few to keep me busy ,im running early in the mornings seem to keep me going through the day i find running at night i have trouble sleeping until next time keep running and keep smiling happy running all

You're doing fantastically. You're 8 runs into 82! Wow! That's amazing. Way to go moger.
