Fab. Love my tights. So comfy. Don't think they make me run any faster....or maybe they do. I'd be really slow in jogging pants then :))

Well done, I graduated about 2 months ago & still feel like an impostor in my tights, they remain in my drawer... Maybe I should try again x

Thanks pot58, yep defo hardest run yet for me, beyond exhausted tonight! X

I'm just about to start week 3 so maybe I should invest in some tights now that I'm getting to the point of being too annoyed by flapping trouser legs and not caring too much about what I look like while I'm out there!

I was lucky - starting in april, I was able to complete the course wearing old shorts and polo shirts. The only piece of kit I invested in straight away was good shoes. But about a month ago, when the weather changed I had to go and get some "proper" running clothes - as the rugby shirt I needed at the start of the run was not at all comfortable once I warmed up - nor did it really keep me warm enough on rainy mornings, and the thought of being burdened with a fleece and anorak was not at all inviting. I have to say the proper kit is brilliant. Much more comfortable. Maybe I won't go back to the old stuff even when the spring comes back... After all - I am no longer an imposter. I'm a runner!! Whoopee. Thank you Laura, and all you wonderful people on this forum.
