Running Tights

I am wanting to buy hulk/iron man style running tights but anything like this are just for men- does anyone have any idea where I would get anything like this from? The louder the better

LOL. I have seen these quite frequently but never on men tbh. Is there actually much of a difference between mens and womens running tights? I know my wife is constantly stealing mine (plain boring black ones, I admit) with no apparent ill effect, other than me never having any clean running tights in my drawer.
