Run two week two after being out of action since March this run was on the treadmill and wasn't too bad glad I didn't restart higher than week two I feel it is just about right and the knee is holding up well fingers crossed. Slow and steady is the order of the day I think.

Juski You will see taht your body is going to carry you further when you go slow and steady. It's building slowly a good resistance that counts. Also this will guide your knee too. No need to strain it, let it mend itself completely. When it's ready you'll be able to give a bit more. Well done! Mic
