If you aren't ready to move on to the next run then just repeat the week before until you are ready, there is no shame on repeating any of it. My old run buddy ran wk 1 for 5 wks, she just wasn't ready to move on.
You should always try to move on though as sometimes our mind plays tricks and tells us we can't progress yet when really we can

If I could give any advice to anyone on this programme it is - pace yourself. I have moved on to the next week at a slower pace ( and believe me I am pretty slow). I haven't repeated a week but there is no harm in doing so. Good luck!
Thank you tapira, i have re-set my phone to week one to start thursday, i would rather do this than give up completely which is what i was wanting to do this morning whilst out on my run!!
