This post is to all my fellow runners graduates and beginers alike. I've just done my first 10k none stop run last night. And I'm still on cloud 9 (or is it cloud 10k) im absoulutly buzzing!! And when I consider back in May this year. I couldn't have run to the end of the street!! Thank you c25k and all you guys for help and advise along the way. And to all you people starting out on this epic journey, of change and personal groth, who may be struggling or trying to decide wether to jump in to this plan. Go for it and stick with it it's AMAZING!!

Congratulations. What a great feat and I completely understand your happiness. Starting the C25k, even 5k seems like a huge goal, and then to move on to run 10k is icing on the cake. Well done you.

That's fantastic, well done. 10k really is a key distance. Not only can you run, but Im guessing you did it it about an hour or so, meaning you can also run for a long time too. That alone is very important. Theres more to come I bet!

Fantastic John, well done!! :)

I've just started, well I'm on week 4 starting tomorrow and I've signed up for a 10k for charity in May 2015. Considering I'm happy that I can run for 3 minutes at a time just now (oh dear), it seems a long way off, but you're proof that it can be done, so fingers crossed!!! It is a great podcast and programme and also rather daunting but I'm going to stick with it. Hope you are enjoying just as much now that you've graduated....
