04:15 am W9R3 Graduation run in the bag!!

Couldn’t wait till I got home from my night shift, so did my run during my meal break at work. Running and dodging the drunken students around the outskirts of Nottingham.

So glad that I chose this program as a form of exercise to get healthier and maintain my weight loss.

Absolutely loved every minute of every run and plan to continue running and hopefully progress on to 10K within time.

Thank you to all for all the kind words and advice that this forum provides.

Good luck everybody running their way through this program, trust the program and believe in yourselves!!

I’d not run for the last 20yrs and I can not remember ever running more than a mile in my whole life, that is until I started this program!!
