well im all set for sunday coach to get at 5.50 and be in london for 730am so it looks like a very early start for me 4.20 am im a bit nervous and excited have not raced since june then my hip started misbehaving and as theres 16000 in the royal parks half and theres the royal parks ultra on its going to be very busy by the time i get there handed my bag in done the loo visit and maybe a quick coffee then off to my pen should be ok im wave 2 for this plan a is find the 1hr40 pacer and try to stick too them and plan b well theres is no plan b just run and see how it all pans out we have nice views for this hyde park to green park past buckingham palace then down to westminister bridge past hop down to temple back past bp and through hyde park again round kensington palace /garden albert hall and finish and then i hope a nice cold drink and me the charity people and more bling happy running all

Good luck. 1:40:00 is a very impressive time to be aiming at! Did my first hm recently and it took me 3 hrs!
Good luck I hope it goes well for you signing up for races is a LITTLE addictive isn't it! In April I couldn't run a bath! I have done 2 5km, booked in for 10km and seriously considering HM early next year! The racing seems as addictive as the running!
